Terms of use
These terms are the deal for using MCP Strength — the iPhone app, this site, and the connector at https://mcp.mcpstrength.com. Last updated 20 August 2026.
What this is
MCP Strength is a workout logger. You record sets on the phone. Sync backs them up to our servers. If you connect Claude or ChatGPT, that tool can read and write your templates and history. You do not log workouts on this website.
This is training software, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a coach or clinician. You are responsible for how you train.
Your account
You need an email and a password. Keep them to yourself. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13. Confirm the email we send when we ask you to.
Do not use the service to store anyone else’s training as if it were yours, to attack the service, or to try to read another person’s rows. We can close an account that does that.
Your data
You own the workouts, templates, notes, and measurements you enter. We need a licence to store them, sync them, and — only if you tap Allow — show them to an AI you connected. The privacy page is the detail. Delete Account in the app (Profile) removes the login and your rows on the server immediately. Deleting a single workout still keeps a hidden copy for up to 90 days so another device can learn it was deleted.
Apple Health
Optional. You choose it in the app. Apple’s Health terms also apply to anything that lands there.
The connector
Connecting an AI is optional. Logging stays on the phone. Do not ask a connected tool to do something this product refuses (there is no “log this workout from chat” tool, on purpose). We can change or pause tools when we have to.
The app and this site
We provide them as they are. They can be down, wrong, or unfinished. TestFlight builds are still tests. We are not liable for lost sessions, missed PRs, or injuries. Where the law will not let us disclaim something, that part still applies.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top will change. Keeping the account after that is agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree, delete the account.
