Privacy
MCP Strength is a workout logger. This page says what we store and who can see it. It is written to match the app as it works today, not a lawyer’s template.
What we store
If you create an account: your email, and the workouts, templates, exercises, measurements, and settings you save. Those sync to our database so another device — or Claude, if you connect it — can see the same history.
The phone also keeps a copy locally. A workout you log in a gym with no signal is real on the phone first; it uploads when it can.
Apple Health
Health data stays under your control. The app only reads or writes Health types you allow, and only when the matching switch in Settings is on. We do not use Health data for advertising. Turning a switch off in the app, or revoking access in Apple’s Health app, stops that direction.
Claude and other AI tools
Nothing is shared with an AI until you connect one here and tap Allow. That connection is to your account only. You can deny a request. Revoking connected apps from this site is coming; until then, you can change your password on the account to cut off old sessions, or ask us to revoke a client.
What we do not do
We do not sell your training data. We do not put a made-up number in Apple Fitness (a zero for calories you did not earn). We do not read across accounts — the database refuses that even if our server misbehaves.
Deleting
You can delete workouts and templates in the app. Deleting the Apple ID / account entirely is not a button in the app yet; email from the address on the account and we will remove it. Apple requires an in-app account-deletion path before the App Store listing; that will land before we ship there.
